Genel bakış

NINE, NINE geliştiricisi tarafından yayımlanan, Android ve web için basit bir uçuş oyunudur. Bu politika oyunun hangi bilgileri işlediğini açıklar.

Hesap yok

NINE’da kullanıcı hesabı, oturum açma veya uygulama içi satın alma yoktur. Oyun adınızı, e-posta adresinizi veya telefon numaranızı asla istemez.

Cihazınızda saklanan veriler

Skorlarınız, altınınız, diliniz, seçili ve açılmış karakterleriniz, zorluk seviyeniz ile ses ve müzik ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda (yerel depolama) saklanır. Geliştiriciye gönderilmez. Uygulamayı kaldırmak veya verilerini temizlemek bunları siler.

Reklamlar (Android uygulaması)

Android uygulaması isteğe bağlı ödüllü video reklamlar (örneğin bir karakteri açmak veya uçuşa devam etmek için) ve uçuşlar arasında zaman zaman geçiş reklamları gösterir. Bu reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur.

Reklam göstermek, tekrarları sınırlamak, performansı ölçmek ve sahtekârlığı önlemek için Google; cihazınızın reklam kimliğini, IP adresinizi, cihaz ve uygulama bilgilerini (model, işletim sistemi sürümü ve dil gibi) ve reklam etkileşim verilerini toplayabilir ve işleyebilir.

Yasaların gerektirdiği yerlerde (örneğin Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre) reklam istenmeden önce Google’ın izin formu ile onayınız sorulur. Bu tercihi daha sonra Ayarlar > Gizlilik bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. Reklam kimliğinizi cihaz ayarlarınızdan sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.

Oyunun toplamadıkları

NINE hassas konumunuza, kişilerinize, kameranıza, mikrofonunuza, fotoğraflarınıza veya dosyalarınıza erişmez. Geliştirici kişisel verileri satmaz.

Çocuklar

NINE çocuklara yönelik bir hizmet değildir ve 13 yaşından küçük çocuklar için tasarlanmamıştır.

Overview

NINE is a casual flying game for Android and the web, published by the developer of NINE. This policy explains what information the game handles.

No account

NINE has no user accounts, no sign-in and no in-app purchases. The game never asks for your name, email address or phone number.

Data stored on your device

Your scores, gold, language, selected and unlocked characters, difficulty, and sound and music settings are saved only on your device (local storage). They are not sent to the developer. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them.

Advertising (Android app)

The Android app shows optional rewarded video ads (for example to unlock a character or to continue a flight) and occasional interstitial ads between flights. These ads are served by Google AdMob.

To show ads, limit repeats, measure performance and prevent fraud, Google may collect and process your device advertising ID, IP address, device and app information (such as model, operating system version and language) and ad interaction data.

Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland) you are asked for consent through Google’s consent form before ads are requested. You can change that choice later in Settings > Privacy. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

Google describes how it uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and policies.google.com/privacy. The web version of NINE shows no ads.

What the game does not collect

NINE does not access your precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files. The developer does not sell personal data.

Children

NINE is not a service directed at children and is not designed for children under 13.

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
